This place was amazing. The food was great, the staff were friendly. The rooms were clean and well appointed. I had an amazing time. Could not recomend this place more.

Like being in Northern Italy + Colorado all wrapped in one without the crowds! Excellent breakfast and hard working wait staff all in a romantic old world feeling resort.

Great location and great views from the room. It's walking distance to the hot pools and you can pick up complementary pool towels from the reception. Will happily stay here again

We rented a cabin. It came with a fully functional garage, laundry, kitchen, log burner, heat pump and three bedrooms. It was very clean and warm. Dry chopped wood and kindling were placed by the fireplace for our convenience. The price was good and everything was a little better than you would expect for the money. The best thing is the location is a 1 minute walk to the thermal pools and powerhouse cafe.

We stayed in one of the the bedroom cabins and it was amazing. Very spacious and well fitted out - came with kitchen equipment as well as a washing machine and dryer. Log burner for the cool winter nights, and plenty of dry wood. Would definitely stay here again.

Supposedly stayed in the best room in the hotel but there is no way I'd want to be there on my honeymoon. The hotel and the rooms are very tired, in need of maintenance and modernization. My advice is to hire a house and get way better value for money!

We had a 3 bedroom villa that was just lovely . Roaring fire at night and beautiful views during the day . Very handy to everything .

We were in a nicely appointed cabin style room with view of the mountains. It was a long walk from the car park to the room along gravel paths, so some may struggle with their luggage, we were not offered help with ours, perhaps because we looked like we didn't need it. The hotel is in a residential area, so be prepared for suburban noises such as barking dogs and DIY, we had a lady close by spent all day electric sanding the weather boards of her house.

Fantastic well appointed room. Lovely gardens with swimming pool for guests. Fantastic views of the mountains. Excellent in house restaurant with amazing meals. Very friendly and helpful staff couldn't ask for more
