  clean and tidy. had all i needed and did'nt cost me the earth. also great size of milk you get on arrival. no piddly little pods of milk for tea and coffee but proper little bottles :)

  No sound proofing. If anybody used a shower in a room near yours, all you could hear was pressured water running. Sooo loud.

  We stayed here in March for 3 nights. If we had the time we would most certainly have stayed longer. Excellent hosts who were very helpful. Accomodation was very clean and comfortable. Hanmer Springs is not to be missed during a visit to New Zealand and when you visit there stay at the Bella Vista if possible. Gilda
