Don't touch this place - my wife was charged twice - once on credit card when booking over the phone - (which wasn't authorised) and because this was unknown to her, she was asked to pay again by EFTPOS on arrival the next day by the same person, Ben. In spite of numerous phone-calls and emails showing the two payments, the owner refuses to even acknowledge there is an issue. He advertised airport pick up but refused to pick up, offered a discount because of that, but then increased the room rate which more than offset the "discount". This owner Ben should not be in business. He is unbelievable. The place is sub-standard - and the owner can't be trusted.

what a rubbish dump please save your money cleaner to sleep in the car. even if you are desperate don't stay there. no soap to wash with had to get bleach to clean around the toilet shower areas. no smiles from the owners apart from depositing the money.

The hotel is being refurbished. Some rooms are ready for stay. New bedding is cozy. Price is affordable. Near AKL airport, suitable for those who need to catch an early flight.

Hi great place to stay. We have stayed here lots of times over the last 2years. Fab service to and from airport at all hours. Car is always looked after behind secure fence with no extra charge.

We were afraid we would get stuck with a dirty rooms like some reviews mentioned. The reality is this place is under new management and the place is brilliant for its price. Clean rooms and friendly service, we got picked up and dropped of by their shuttle service. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely terrible, I would like to plead with anyone thinking of staying here to not. These people do not deserve your money. We stayed there for two nights and did not receive a single smile from any member of staff. We could have coped with moody owners if the rooms had been clean, but no. The shower head was hanging off the wall, it smelt like it hadn't been cleaned in a LONG time, we had to ask for towels 4 times; each time met by a seemingly angry man saying they would deliver it to our room. We got woken up at 10 o'clock in the morning with a man aggressively yelling "check-out time" as he proceeded to let himself in despite the fact we had paid for another night. The "included breakfast" consisted of bread and cereal with out of date milk. The fresh orange juice was made not so fresh by the presence of a dead fly. We are certain the beds had bed bugs waking up with mysterious bite marks. Holes in the carpet and disgusting laundry facilities coupled with a dry spa and a pool that was unusable mean that this place has absolutely nothing to offer and we resent the fact that they have taken our money for such abysmal service. Please do not make the same mistake.
