  Have ordered from this place several times, always been great service and great food. The one time there was a mistake with my order, they quickly rectified it and went above and beyond to convenience me.

  Love Trad Thai, it's always my first choice for Thai in Upper Hutt, generous serving sizes, lots of flavour and right amount of spice.

  Poorly managed establishment. Friday night peak time with all large tables prebooked and management only has 2 staff on so took over an hour to get any service and currently nearing 2 hours and still no sight of mains. Entrees were cold. No fault of the staff this is purely bad management. We won't be bringing all our staff here again.

  Come here quiet often, very friendly staff, very helpful and will go out of their way. Some dishes are good, but unfortunately there is no consistency in taste and flavor. The cooks seem to change or don't have a set recipe to follow.. New Plymouth branch of this restaurant is worth a 5 🌟.
