Easy to deal with, value for money and good car. No microscopic examination of car on return - just checks for obvious damage. Would recommend and use again

pic up was quick and easy, the trip to pick up the car was short and in no time at all we were on our way. the car was clean and we had been up graded so was even better than we expected.

Wish I had bought my dog Ella. The service and trip has been great. Ella could have enjoyed it too. I forgot a detail when hiring the car and Omega could not have been more helpful in helping me. It is the third time I have used Omega, about 12 months apart, and every time they have been helpful and prompt. I will be using them again. Jim

Efficient, friendly, great prices, surprisingly good cars. What more could you want in a rental car? Omega made it possible for me to see loads of friends during a quick visit to Wellington. I'd hired them before and I'll do it again.

Friendly and helpful staff. My booking was easily made and when I needed to extend my rental, it was done quickly and in a friendly manner. Everyone I spoke with were really helpful. The car I hired was exactly as advertised and I had no problems with it at all. I would recommend and use Omega Rental Cars again.

Tidy cars and fit for purpose. Online booking and after hours pick up at airport is no problem. Dropping off the car customer service was average got told off for loosing the vehicle check sheet.
Certainly if your after quick easy service in and out on collection and drop keys return the bigger rental brands are the way to go.response / report this review -

Good service from the Omega Rental team, quickly picked up from the airport and driven to the depot where the car was ready to be driven out. The car was nice and clean, the price is affordable. Good value for money. I wanted to extend the rental for a few more days, called them and was told that it couldn't be done but when I went to return it, was told that an extension could be accommodated. They could have offered me another car/deal but didn't so had to go through the hassle of returning and hiring another car from another rental company for 3 days. This was a bit disappointing.

We have had a great experience with them all around. Excellent customer service. The car was in great condition. The rental process straight forward and easy.
I was able to drive to Wellington Airport and leave the car there at the end of my rental period and had paperwork given to me at the time of rental explaining the after hours return process.

Staff were really helpful and friendly while we organised via email before our trip.
When we arrived, the pick up was prompt and the bus driver was very nice and talkative as he took us to the main office to collect the car.
The car was ready and full of fuel. It ran smoothly the whole time, and was incredibly efficient on petrol (we only filled up 3 times from Wellington to Auckland and then 3 times back down).
We accidentally arrived at the wrong office upon drop off by staff were happy to take the car anyway to save us a trip to the other side of town.
Overall, an amazing experience. We will definitely be back again.response / report this review -

I recently rented from Omega Rentals in Wellington. I had a great experience with them all around. Excellent customer service. The car was in great condition. The rental process straight forward and easy.
