I just wanted to pass on some feedback after the fantastic service I received from one of your staff members over the weekend.
I wouldn’t normally do this but credit where credit is due because Jody was exceptional!!! I am going to a Quentin Tartantino themed dress up party on the weekend and I am going as the Brad Pitt character from the movie “Inglorious Bastards” Jody helped me pick out a number of items and was extremely patient at all times, even though afterwards I realised that I was being quite picky about the jacket.
I used to go to the Costume Cave in town but now due to the service at Totally Frocked and the fantastic array of costumes in much better condition that you have, I will be back and will recommend you to my friends and colleagues to come to you as well.

Thank you so much for making us look amazing at the Hertz Sevens! We rocked our costumes all over the stadium for the two day event.
We had a large team of genies and loads of other individual costumes such as Spiderman, Kermit and Super Mario.
The whole team enjoyed getting in character in their costumes and ensuring everyone knew where to hire the best costumes in Wellington!
The costumes were seen in front of thousands while the ZM Drive team hosted 2 minute field activity in front of the massive audience. Classic Hits were playing games on air and put up photos on the Facebook page which sparked plenty of attention. Our very own Caitlin was put on a FB page (with Gareth Morgan) that received over 652 likes wearing your costume and Katrina and Dan from ZM starred on the national Radio Sport and Newstalk ZB websites.
Thanks again for the huge supply of costumes which made us look awesome at the Hertz Sevens 2013! We look forward to working with you in the future (or should we say – getting frocked up with you)…

The pricing of Totally frocked shocked me as I have been to other costume shops and did not pay anywhere near the price of what it was at totally frocked. I did not end up getting the costume mainly because of price but also service. I was not offered student discount either only found out when I got home on the internet. I ended up losing my bond but I was fine with this as I was not happy with the service and overall pricing. One lady was also quite rude as she kept interupting as I was being served by someone else eg. when we were discussing when to return the costume she was trying to make it a day before when it was not convenient for myself. Will not refer people to this store.
