Friendly, helpful staff who don't try to constantly upsell. They're accurate with their time estimated and very honest. Will definitely be back!

I had an extremely pathetic customer service at this store. The salesperson was highly unfriendly from the beginning and hard on cross selling until the last minute. It was disappointing to see how unwilling the salesperson was in providing details of the services included in the quote provided. As a consumer, I expect the salesperson to be honest and ethical in disclosing the services I am paying for rather than try to sell another service to earn extra bucks. I even encountered a health and safety incident for which there was no acknowledgement. I would certainly not recommend this store.

Thank you KJ and the Tony’s Tyre’s Team! I had a nasty puncture on one of my tyres’s and the team were able to fix this for me right away. They also notified me that my wheel alignment was off so I came back two days later and they fixed that for me in less than 30 minutes. Fantastic - Fast service, reliable and trustworthy!

I had a great experience here, got a good deal on tyres and alignment, understood that “pushing the extras” is a part of their job but when I politely declined, they also politely accepted my decision to do so. The job was done within an hour and I was still able to make it in to work. I’ll definitely be back for my next check. Thanks team!

I highly recommend these guys!! I accidentally broke off my tyres pressure valve and It went flat, i was stressing all day on how much it’ll cost to replace so I threw on the spare tire and I drove to the Grey Lynn branch and they get working on it straight away. Friendliest staff! Thanks guys 👍🏼

Damaged wheels, unnecessary waits, incompetent staff and management.
Avoid at all costs -- these guys are clowns. I've used them for 3-4 sets of tyres previously.
Today we needed a tyre replaced via their tyre insurance - they messed us around telling us they didn't have tyres on site even though we'd called before hand to book in and ensured the tyre was available only to double check and realise in fact they did. They then messed us around further as they were running 2-3 hours behind schedule (again, despite us being booked and arriving when agreed) which resulted in us unnecessarily waiting.
In addition to all this, they've damaged my wheels AGAIN. They insist on using a wire brush for some reason when removing wheel weights even on nice wheels. They did this on my very expensive HRE painted wheels previously a couple of years ago now (which they subsequently agreed to pay to repair) and somehow again today on my Advanti wheels on my second car. Unfortunately I didn't save the pics of the first instance (which was far worse than the one pictured below).
Yes, I know I shouldn't use TTS for nice wheels - but just because they're cheap doesn't mean they should be negligent. Honestly, just do yourself the favour and pay a little more somewhere else. The pain of them cocking it up is just not worth it.response / report this review -
