I have been to this AA auto service and repair for years since I moved to this area. However I don't think I will ever go back again after today's experience. Poor quality of service, staff was not prepared to go extra miles (not to mention that I had paid for that service) that happened before which I didn't bother to enquire before and now happened again.
Paid extra for the silver service which included vacuuming the cabin. Waited 2 hours while waiting for silver service and wof, and towards the end before paying my bills double checked with the staff and got told they don't remove children car seats (this happened before, and these carseats are not buckled so can be easily removed) therefore didn't vacuum the part under. I was waiting in the reception area the whole time but no one even bother approached me asking me to remove the 2 carseats. I went out to the car and found out one of the car seats had been moved to the floor but the staff member didn't even bother vacuuming that part of seat. I removed one of the carseats to the car boot. The staff member drove my car to other side and I supposed she was going to vacuum the back seat for me after both carseats have been removed. After a few minutes (~5minutes) she came in and I paid the bills. Went out to get my car and shockingly found out she only vacuumed just HALF of the back seat. couldn't bother again to inside to question her during the rainny day, I drove off.very disappointed with them. Never go there again. These guys are rude and sharks, customer service is terrible and they try their best to rip you off. We provided them with spark plug to put into our car but still charge us for the same as if we did not give them the spark plugs. They rip you off when you go for WOF and they also up sell you service when the extra are what is already included in the WoF check. On another time they charged me for diagnosis for a dashboard light but all they told me was to take the car to the Auto Electrician!!

up sells are normal these days for many if not all AA S&P stations quoted $800 on a job that I did myself in 20 min with $90 parts ordered from rockauto, including delivery

More than impressed, awesome professional and friendly service. Went on a grab one voucher so expected bare minimum but got a lot more - happy customer!

A bunch of inexpedience guys working there .. took my new car there and they started selling me all the things that was good in my .. brake fluid dirty , power steering oil dirty , coolant week .. WHAT i jst got this car 6 months ago and its a Japanese import with 35k on it .. how come .. i took it to another garage to get a opinion they tested everything of me all rite .. the coolant was pink and i was told by this work shop it very high grade mainly used in japan .. and still in condition said all that will cost me xtra $450 dollars .. what they trying to do is to do a day light robbery with some still everything even the technician named SPENCER , (YOU NEED TO CHANGE ALL THAN SO IT RUNS GOOD) it was running good when i took it there the tech said dont worry if some thing happens you can take it our 12 AA branches ,, do u think i m a fool and go there and get ripped off again
