Very good service , very polite and profesional. On time and they are really accomodating and helpful. From the sales staff to the tow truck driver. I will recommend it to anyone out there looking to get rid of their vehicles or buying parte.

Prompt communication, best price - just call these guys if you’re worried/can’t make mind up about your old car. Easy as, hassle free service - left driver to remove vehicle as needed to leave. Done by time I got back.

Such a stress free experience, easy company to deal with. Turned up when they said they would, paid cash as quoted over the phone. Would happily recommend having never had to have a car sent to the wreckers before.

Ravi who wears the black turbin just went above & beyond to complete a very complex truck removal from my property. He was extremely helpful & friendly & put in 110% just so my lawn wouldn't get torn up. What was a 5 minute job turned into a 1 hour job & in all that time he was extremely professional with excellent customer service. I would recommend him for any job because he is an excellent person who works extremely hard.

WOWWW Really impressed by their service and how professional and friendly there truck drivers are after calling many companys and getting low quotes i finally called National Car Removal and got the best quote and they send the driver straight away and picked up my car if your reading this review do not waste your time else where just call them and you wont be disappointed they also sell great quality second hand and brand new car parts i got to sell my old car and fixed another one :)

Amazing customer service!!! My car window got smashed and so called these guys for a replacement window at which Jerry sold to me for a great price (thats when I realised all these other places were ripping me off). When I came to pick up the window they even referred and booked me in for another mechanic to put in my window because I told him I'd been struggling to find a place!! Definetly recommend. Thanks so much guys

Wouldn't bother recommending to anybody! Gave us the time of 3pm to remove the car from where it was located so we happily drove out there at 2pm with our children. At 3pm, no one turned up - so we called back and the operator then gave us 4:30pm. Waited yet again, another hour and a half. No one turned up again so we called back 'again' and was told the tow truck would be where we were before 6pm. Mind you, our children were waiting too and getting impatient. Fast forward, at 8pm - no one had arrived at all. Left upset and very angry that we wasted our time driving so far for no reason at all!!! Wasted 6 hours, sitting and waiting for nothing. Called in the next day to complain and they tell us that a 'notification' had just popped up that the car we had was still under finance or something from the previous owners when they could have opened their mouths before giving us the meet up time of 3pm. Definately would not consider for car removals.

Very friendly with a great price for a very expensive part even though i didnt buy it in the end Nothing to do with the price- i really did enjoy their awesome service and was referred to them by another very well known company. They were awesome to deal with. Thanks guys.

Just had my car removed with this company. Guy on the phone was so friendly and it took them exactly an hour to be at my address. Driver viewed the car and gave me the cash straight away. Car was removed promptly and overall they were so professional. Highly recommended!!!

Awesome. The driver who came to collect was friendly and courteous and safety conscious. Only bummer was I got a different amount than what was quoted over the phone. But i must admit i live miles away from anywhere 😂 the service was good and fast. Will definitely use again.

The service I received from National car Parts when getting rid of my vehicle was below par. The man I spoke to made time promises for pick up that were blown by over 2 hours on both days (had to reschedule) and proceeded to hang up on me when I called to check where the driver was on the second occassion. The pick up in the end was quick and easy.
