So happy with the work on our BMW. Honest and open mechanics and cheaper than quoted. BMWs can be expensive.

They seemed fine (if a bit expensive) when I went to Crosbie a few months back, however I have since been to another mechanic (after moving out of Pukekohe) and my new mechanic has walked me through several "fixes" Crosbie Automotive did missing (small) parts, things installed incorrectly. Obviously none of them were too serious, as I've been driving my vehicle for several months since, however these small issues have slowly built up and resulted in me needing to get another repair job done much sooner than I'd like. Really gutted that the amount I paid resulted in more work needing to be done.

Absolutely disgusted with the service. All we asked for was for him to look at the car and tell us what was wrong and how much it was going to cost. Instead he did a whole lot of work to it without consulting us and then just handed us a $750 bill!! Eventually got the parts that we didn't want in the first place taken out and when we asked for our old ones back he said he had thrown then out and told us to just deal with it. Absolute rip off with atrocious customer service skills. Will never be going there again and will be warning other people not to go there.
