Friendly and efficient customer Service from Queenstown City staff. Cars were modern and clean. My only complaint is with the drop off service at Queenstown Airport. There were no spots vacant in the Thrifty allocated area. Ended up parking in the budget area and was soon told to move by some guy working in the car park. I had to sit in the car and wait for a space to open up.
