Sorry guys but the worst fish and chips I have ever had which says something for a 53 year old. The fish was old and hard and the chips a soggy mess. The whole package was so greasy. Please learn to drain your deep fried stuff. What a waste of money. Hopefully a one off. Although the older lady that cooked has been there a while.

Server isn't friendly, also asked to serve another customer (not a phone order) who had come in later than I had, when I was clearly standing in the line to order.

I remember getting fish and chips forms theos back in the early eighties then it was great 25 cents a scoop lol showing my age

Brilliant and great prices. Fresh fish of many types. Lovely staff and the ability to get it cooked on the spot is as close to fish and chip heaven as it gets. No other option for my fish fix when visiting Christchurch. Excellent.

I have always thought NZ did the best fish and chips and this place just reaffirmed this. I will only be getting my fish and chips from here in the future. Thanks guys
