I've had nothing but great service from these guys. We did a big renovation on our house and bought all our plumbing fittings through zip. Good value too.

Great service one day, and dismissive the next. Tried to order an individual item which is available from other retailers for $13, and was told I could only purchase the kit for $26 which contains items I don't need. Just to be clear I asked, "So you're not prepared to order that in for me ?" - "No".

Guess I won't be shopping at Plumbing Plus if I need anything Plumbing related
