From the first day on the site until the house was completed we couldn't fault any procedure carried out. Benchmark's project manager on the job was professional and organised. There was no stress, no problems, nothing incomplete. After living in the house for six months I can still say everything is perfect.

As a neighbour to one of your building sites, having your workers skipping the fence to use my water and power shows a lack of professional conduct. I having a new mum at home with twins and having strange blokes walking around our house is very imitating. In this day and age I would expect a higher level of professional conduct from you and your sub contractors!

Working with Richard to initially design our first build project, he was able to understand exactly what we wanted through asking about how we live, and how the home would function - rather than just selling us a house. Halfway through the project now and the team has worked like clockwork, with client updates done via an online application 'Buildertrend'. Our project management has been excellent, and each time we visit the property we are blown away by progress. Highly recommended!

Have been in our new home nearly 12 months, totally enjoyed the process, nothing was a problem. The builder and trades people were amazing, professional and excellent at their jobs - our home was finished faultless to an excellent quality and ahead of time. Was good to find a company who actually deliver their builds as flawless as their show homes are.
Was great to be able to go in with an idea of what we wanted, they listened to all the things we wanted and came up with the perfect custom design. If I build again it will be BENCHMARK all the way, and they will have a job on their hands to beat what we have.response / report this review -

Very happy with our beautiful new home! There was minimal stress involved. I was pregnant through out the majority of our build and it was very easy. There's always some kind of stress with building, but Benchmark held our hands and guided us through the process and answered all our questions and were prompt in following up on repairs required.
