  We bought a painting from here online, unfortunately we weren't able to collect it so needed to cancel the order for a refund. Loft refused to provide a refund only offering store credit. I'd deem it pretty basic customer service to provide a refund for something you haven't even taken possession of, contacting consumer rights, avoid this company!
