The atmosphere was very cozy on the second floor albeit rowdy downstairs. Customer service was superb. Waitress were nice and very helpful and also quite attractive. Food was delicious but wasn't enough to satisfy my appetite. It's like a sexy older woman who just teases you but doesn't give you what you want. Overall, a good place for a feed and enjoying good company.
Chicken burger was okay, and pork ribs was good (special price) Overall, food was okay, but really lacked the portion size to match its price. However, my group received awesome customer service from the attractive island girl waitress.. hit me up on Snap, huddle278
New favorite pub. Great selection of beers and food. Super friendly staff. Play area on first floor if you have a little one with you. Overall, fantastic!!
Large establishment. Main ground floor is large, there is more seating upstairs. Rooftop bar is great for private functions. Another bar is located upstairs. Big selection of alcoholic beverages. Good service, will cater to events. Can get busy at typical peak times. Loyalty card offers good rewards for frequent visitors
Huge bar with multiple zones. Love the upstairs garden/rooftop bar on a sunny day. Great place to come play pool, watch the game or just have a cold one with a few of the lads. Plus the food is decent too!
Think food needs improvement. Spicy buffalo wings are just way too spicy, and i like a bit of spice! Great beer selection though!
Would have been 3-3.5 star if not for friendly and considerate service.
Went for pub quiz and some dinner (quiz was fun and interesting, definitely aimed at 40+ generations, and dragged on a bit). Most of us ordered pizza, and they could have been great. The prosciutto was very sparse on two of them, and they all came out cold. Pasta was reported as being nice. When the waiter came to check how things were we smiled and said great thanks, but when I paid I did respond to the same question with good except that the pizzas were cold and he was genuinely concerned verging on annoyed with whatever had caused that (as the pizzas were the last food items to come out).
Great range of beverages, some interesting taps (not 'craft'), and unique decor. There is also a mezzanine which would be quite cool to sit up on for dinner and observe the happenings below.
We will try again :)
Love the decor at the restuarant. Meals were great in this instance. Caramalised onion garlic bread 'best starter'. Beer batter fries 'get it'. Thai salad 'yum', but more noodles than salad. House slaw 'love it'. Buffalo wings 'tasty but a little dry' good if you like spicy - 1.00pm, 27.07.17.
Great beer and food. Three levels with a rooftop bar. Projector downstairs for live sport. Pokies to earn back the money you spend on $6 pints of Export gold.
Great staff, rooftop bar is a nice place to chill. Lunch platter and pizza options were good.
Great place. The garden bar out the back is nice for a good Sunday catch up with friends.
Great place, food always good with reasonable prices
Love this place. Nice food. Great beer selection. But most of all, great interior. Upstairs is amazing with all its plants. Its like getting drunk in the jungle.
Don't ever order the duck late in the evening. I'm guessing the chef was falling asleep by then. The duck was dry. The plum sauce was so sour i had to scrape it off even though they covered the duck with it to mask it being over cooked. The potatoes tasted like it'd been cooked hours earlier then re baked making them chewy and also dry. The salad dressing was so bitter it tasted like burnt balsamic vinegar and waiting 40 minutes for that disgusting meal to arrive was very disappointing.
Luckily I complained and the manager charged me half price but still it was a waste of money because it was inedible so I had to go to Wendy's across the road to buy a meal. My partner couldn't even eat it and he hates to waste food.
Note to the owner, if you're charging $35 dishes you need to make sure the standards match the price and your customers are getting their money's worth.
