  Yuckiest food ive ever eaten. Waitress looks like shes in the hospital tired and doesnt even talk properly no smile. They gave burnt food and when we complaint they said its your fault you wanted it like this. WASTE OF MONEY. GO TO NIKKIES THAI RESTAURENT INSTEAD !!! The best food . I would give it 0/10

  ABSOLUTELY THE WORST food we've had in New Zealand! I WOULD NEVER recommend the food to anyone. We were 5 different nationalities eating the food and all of us have agreed it's the worst! All the food is sitting in our rubbish bin! So disappointed! When giving feedback, the manager tries to tell us 'it's good quality even if it's not tasty'!!!!! 🙄😡😡

  We book a dinner from bookme. It was $35. So we expected to have a good time to get full. But when the entry coming. We were very disappointed. Just 3 things need $8.5?
  No surprise the main is small too.
  After dinner we were been charged $4 for rice. The main Didn't include rice !?
  Very bad experience.

  Possibly the worst thai food in Town and service is terrible. When we walked in it took them a good 5 mins before seating us even though the place was empty. I ordered the green curry, it tasted right but it had the wrong texture, it was more of a soup than a curry. When I told the waitress that curry should not be this runny she took it away, added corn flour to it and brought it back slammed on the table and left. At this point it looked more like Gravy!! I complained again and asked them to take it away completely. On the way out they tried to charge me for it!!!

  The food was good, but the service was bizarre. We were a party of three on Friday night. The server took our appetizer order and then ignored us for twenty minutes, cleaning the one dirty table in the otherwise empty restaurant. We still had our menus when the manager delivered our appetizers, so we eventually flagged the server down and asked her to take our order. Two of us ordered the exact same thing, but after my friends had been served their entrees for almost ten minutes, I finally inquired about mine. It came a few minutes after that. Throughout the meal, we had to had to ask for refills of water, and finally, when we went to pay, the server told us we could not have separate checks. When we insisted, she got the manager who split the check. The staff was nice, but something was clearly wrong.

  Thai Chilli is at a convenient location. It's one of those places you walk past often but never go in.
  
  Having gone in one evening dinner, I don't blame myself for never stopping by previously. It's one of those restaurants that offers a large menu but because there isn't much foot traffic, all the ingredients is a bit stale. Even when cooked well, off colour ingredients especially with Thai cooking makes the experience not so pleasant. The reduced foot traffic also means reduced amount of staff, seeing the poor sole waiter running around serving 6 tables and manning the till did offer some kind of entertainment.

  It's always got a free table there, you can determine for yourself if this is a good thing or a bad thing
