  Myself and my partner have been coming here for a couple of years, however the past 4-5 times we've had to pick out some of the ingredients as they've gone off. However tonight I had a surprise when I pulled out steel wool from my mouth! Revolting and UNHYGIENIC! What if I had swolled this? And how did it get there?? Will not be coming back and I no longer recommend this place.

  Best Thai takeaway I've come across on the South Island. Most other Thai takeaways tastes like it comes from a box / bottle. Not The Thai Kitchen. They offer full and authentic thai flavours, crunchy veges and big portions. Our local weekly takeaway stop

  I've been going to the Thai Kitchen for years and it is always such excellent service and the food is fantastic. Best Pad Thai I have ever had anywhere (even Thailand!).

  Just got a beef garlic chilli takeaway, if I had been walking past looking for food I would never have gone in , doesn't look that appealing but the food was excellent and generous portions , could have done with a bit more rice tho , will definately be coming back
