Good food, prepared right in front of you.
We requested that our bejitarian sets were made without garlic and onion; including spring onion. The tempura dish still came out with onion and the miso soup came out with spring onions. For people who don't eat those things for a religious reason, think of the mistake you made as making them break a rule without them knowing. For people who are allergic (I live with a family that's allergic to garlic so don't doubt it if someone tells you they're allergic to something), that mistake could've been fatal. @ Tony's is no roadside stall so to make a mistake like that simply isn't good enough. On the bright side, I really loved the starter salad. The sauce and kumara crisps mixed in fresh lettuce was absolutely divine.
Really good service and meals we're delicious
Awesome atmosphere, great food. had ostrich for the first time which was awesome. Price is up there but well worth it imo
We got a seat at the grill on Friday night. The food was delicious and the service was great.
Wonderful service. Great food, great atmosphere. The wait staff were amazing. Slightly expensive for what you get, but great experience over all. Found it hard to find on Riccarton Road, doesn't really stand out.
Fantastic food. First time experiencedefinately be back. Entire place is amazing. Staff super friendly.
Beautiful meal! The chefs are very good at what they do here.
Good great as always but the 'show' has deteriorated every time we have been lately. The chefs are flat with no flair like you expect at tepanyaki -
They used to be great but we won't be going back for sometime after tonight's boring experience
Had a lamb loin and chicken teppanyaki for close to $80nzd. Way too expensive for an ordinary teppanyaki meal. Nothing fancy or fantastic about the meat.
Fantastic food, service, price
Had our end of year company dinner here. It has great! Friendly staff caused our time even the more better. Food is delicious!
