  Everything just perfect for us. Quiet with a beautiful waterfront view. Lovely big bathroom with double basin. King size bed. Fresh milk in fridge everyday.

  Room and equipments are not newish and no air con but has free wifi and Sky TV that makes the night more bearable. Very close to city centre, literally 5 minutes walk so pretty handy position, would definitely stay again and recommend.

  This place is the worst place you could stay. The staff are rude,don't help you at all, I also got told to shut up from the hotel manager for talking softly. Rooms smelt like poos and wees mixed with vomit. Blankets almost as thin as paper was freezing my nuts off, Pillows as soft as bricks.

  I've stayed here twice and both times I was lucky enough to be in a first story room overlooking the harbour. These room have ceiling to floor / wall-to-wall glass windows. On both occasions I went to bed with the wooden folding doors opened all the way back and just watched the night happen out on the harbour. I really enjoyed watching the occasional train roll over the rail bridge, its headline shining forward in the dark as it rolled across the bridge.
  
  Visual poetry can be had here. The rooms were fresh and beds comfortable. The bathrooms have saloon doors, though, so you need to know whoever you're sharing the room with very well. There are glass bricks in the wall between the room and the toiletso best not to look that way if you don't want to see - distorted - whatever is happening in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. I'd happily stay there again..

  The room set up was great- you could almost live here. However, the twin beds were hard and springy, and the sheets were terrible - they almost felt starched. If coming here for a weekend trip, bring your own sheets!

  Nice clean, comfortable and warm room on a night when the weather was not great. I highly recommend getting one of the rooms with a view of the harbour if you can. I found the staff very friendly and helpful.

  THE BAD: High strung managers that are unapologetic for cockroaches, loud showers, "decorative" pillows and blanks that they suggest you not to sleep on, small bathroom, dirty coffee plunger when we arrived and dirty mugs on our second day (the staff lied and said that we told them not to clean anything..)
  THE GOOD: Roof over your head.
  They even supply you with a "What Not To Do Or Use At Our Hotel" manual.
  
  Don't stay here unless you have to!
