  I booked this apartment complex because it was labour weekend (I didn't know prior to arranging my flights to NZ) and there wasn't much else to choose from to the level I expect and in an area that was close to where I had to visit.
  Check-in was okay but could have been faster. I had to fill out a form but I don't know why because I had filled out same information with my online booking.
  The apartment was very nice (does require a spring clean) although comfortable for my requirements. It was a two bedroom apartment (no one bedroom apartments available).
  Toiletries very minimal (a small soap and shampoo). Shower very nice with good pressure.
  Tea, coffee sachets and milk only cheap quality. (milk long life type in very small capsule (15ml).
  I went to local supermarket to get good coffee and milk, and shower soap.
  There is no daily room cleaning, makeup of bed, or replenishment of anything. This is first ever time I have experienced this. I'm a well travelled person (usually with my wife) and visited 54 countries and have stayed in apartments before and they have always been serviced daily. Don't expect hotel/motel service here.
  The kitchen is well supplied with crockery and cooking pots and pans. The oven definitely requires repair or replacement. It is very noisy, even without using the fan option.
  The washing machine and dryer don't work. Both plugged in, power on but neither of them worked.
  I think this place should just be called Cutterscove Apartments, because it isn't a Resort. Comfortable yes, in a good location yes, but calling it a resort, no way.
