  Great for the Kids on a Sunny Saturday morning. Hot food, lots of stalls to browse that sell bespoke jewellery, handcrafted souvenirs, art, household and second-hand items. Just note: at the time of writing, Google categorises the Taupo market as a "Farmer's Market" but in fact, the large majority of stalls do not stock fresh produce.

  Great shopping experience with locally grown fresh Vegas and handicrafts long withsecondhand books etc. Sometimes even live guitarists singing as well.

  We were lucky to visit Taupo when there was market opening. Delicious foods with local products. It was nice experience.
