We have been very pleasantly surprised with the all the amenities in this motel. Comfortable bed, fully eqipped kitchen, great TV and heating. Would highly recommend this motel.

Absolutely great hospitality! On arrival given a newspaper, some beers and pkts of chippies 😊 good heating, clean, very comfortable bed and even had a lazyboy chair. I'll be back and would recommend as a great place for a break.

Great place to stop halfway up the Island. Tidy warm rooms shower could be better but value for money excellent as very resonable prices.Came with beer and chippies You will not get that anywhere else.

Perfect for what we needed. Warm, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Just a quick overnight stay en route to wellington.

Nice motel to stay in Taihape. Very clean and tidy. Simple breakfast, chips, beer provided. Lots of DVDs to borrow. Very nice host as well. Food, fuel station, etc. just around the corner.

Pleasant, comfortable and friendly older style motel. Quiet, since it's off the main road. WiFi OK. First time We've been given a couple of beers, but they were very welcome after a sunny afternoon, and the generous jug of milk in the fridge was welcome

Excellent value. Although it was basic, we had everything we needed for $75. Room and ensuite were spotless, there was plenty of heating,, bed was comfortable, owner couldn't have been more helpful. Would recommend.
