  Customer service varies to which staff you will come and talk to.. I was deciding which broadband provider to go but i see they are not competent in solving a simple problem even for a simple $5 sim transfer that they have to wait and its always out of their (staff) control once they submitted the details. (Yeah its just $5 but that a good lost) i wont sign up a broadband with Spark, as they will not solve any further problem may arise if i sign up a broadband with them.

  Went in store yesterday and was serviced by GT/Jt Indian Fella to pick up an order. He was very knowledgeable and helped me score a better deal with their new monthly team plans. Thanks bro for your excellent customer service mum loved her gift btw!

  I can't believe it. Joseph W. (the guy with long hair, like the orthodox version of jay sauce but wearing long black sleeves for spark uniform, not white robes). Joseph, the service person served me, kept pointing his finger on me when explaining things as I worked for him, with no hospitality manner and clearly no customer service training from Spark. He is too dominant, talking to customers like a professor at the university of Spark, and loves to argue to win. He forgot that we are Spark customers, not his subordinates, and he had no respect. Imagine this place has a sign "please be kind to our staff," while Joseph W. passively abuses you by being rude and condescending. Lol. Thank you for your service anyway. I understand that customer service is a problematic line of work, as I used to be one , but not like Joseph W, . If possible, go with the European guy with glasses who works here if you need assistance here; he is more polite and knows how to talk to customers.

  After reading some of the reviews I was concerned however when I called and left a message late afternoon my call was returned the next morning by Barbara. I let her know that I thought we needed a new modem and smart mesh 2 as our reception kept dropping off. Barbara listened and then recommended that they do some checks first to make sure that I wasn't purchasing any unnecessary equipment. I found Barbara to extremely helpful and was very grateful for her superb customer services. I believe she checked with Declan and they found that I had a faulty modem so they asked me to bring my one in and gave me a new one - FREE. Just to make sure reception would not drop off I also purchased the smart mesh. I am extremely happy with the service that Barbara gave me and when I went instore the other agent had been briefed and both my new modem and smart mesh were waiting for me. Yes all the agents were busy with customers when I came instore however 5 minutes of waiting and I had a friendly agent asking me how he could be of service. Thanks again!

  ♿ Went here to pay for my dad's spark land line bill.
  As I went in most staff attending to customers and on their computers..thankfully someone served me .. cheerful smile and pleasant conversation..I was asked for any other information or questions.
  That was it.
  Good experience
  A good store to look around in for your mobile 📱 phone or accessories and even pay your bills 😀
