My 80 year old husband went in today and asked for a replacement battery as his(rather old)phone wasn't charging. The assistant told him they didn't sell batteries
but neglected to tell him the store next door did & proceeded to tell him his phone was riddled with viruses(true)& he needed a new,$400 phone.After a pause,he then added that he thought my non-techy husband should have a "better"phone-$800!!Luckily,my husband asked who did remove viruses and,after another pause,he was reluctantly told about the Tech Repair stall just outside the Spark store.Disgusted by the blatent upselling by a Kiwi brand.Unethical! Won't be buying phones from Spark again.Not to be trusted.
