Very good product return service.
I was given wrong product and when I went to return the product there was no fuss about it, happily they took it and gave me what I have been using.

I got my facial done at westcity branch, place is so neat n clean. Staff is very friendly. I was looked after very well. My therapist made sure that i am warm enough, comfortable. It was such a pleasant experience. I would highly recomend this placd to visit. Found my right place in nz for my beauty needs.

Rude staff, bad service and the wanted to charge me double. The woman burnt me with the wax. When I told her she was burning me, she told me no it's not and carried on. I was left red, sore and with raw skin. Staff are exceptionally rude. Avoid at all costs!

I had an okay massage and was convinced to buy a voucher for a facial at a future date, which seems to be their business model. They don't like you to leave without committing to another treatment. The facial that I had was the worst I've ever experienced - the staff didn't seem to be trained - never have I experienced a facial that felt like a messy face rub, getting cream all over my eyes when typically the sensitive eye area should be avoided. It was supposed to be a Gold Facial which includes complimentary scalp, decollete, arms and feet massage - this didn't happen, only a very gentle arm massage with barely any pressure. I was left alone in the room for 10 minutes or longer with a mask on. Much more care needs to be taken - this was definitely not a relaxing experience. I won't be going back and I will definitely be warning my local friends away from this place.

Probably the worse full body massage I ever had. I wont be coming back, it was a groupon deal. Staff were friendly enough however I felt my therapist was unprofessional.

Did my permanent hair straightening. Charged me $500 and the straightening vanished in few weeks . Can't believe this place for permanent straightening last for few weeks for $500.

Rude staff, no one greeted or said hello in the 10 or so minutes I was waiting there feeling silly. Instantly felt shrugged off, and to make matters worse when I told the girl at the desk I was there for a massage, (I don't need to understand Indian to know that they were talking and laughing about me ducking their heads from the back room to stare at me and giggle because I'm a big girl). This was confirmed by the therapist giving me a massage. At the end of my massage I felt the therapist was pressured into up selling more vouchers to me in which she tried to sell me 3. I only bought 1 more for $49 I don't know why because I will NEVER return. I would like a refund for my dreadful experience. Do not go to this place!! They are rude and speak in their language 99% of the time.

I like being here. The staffs possess excellent customer service and are also competent in their skills. Their products are superb and chemical-free. You will get your money's worth. :)

As a first time client the reception staff were very rude. This was my first time doing my eyebrows in a long time and they made no attempt to discuss what I wanted or to put me at ease and were extremely rude. The worst business I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with, will not ever go back and would definately not recommend to anyone!
