Really Great Indian dining experience. Interior is good. Paneer butter masala (off menu) was delicious. Cardamom Kufli (Indian ice cream) was truly out of the world A must try. . Shahi Naan was really tasty as well. I would have given 5 stars but Onion Bhaji felt like it was already cooked and then they refried it (Little bit chewy and oily). All in all 4 stars for good food, good interior and friendly staff.

Tastes really authentic and looks authentic too. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanted something real rather than western Indian takeaways

A local and a favourite - now updated with a new look. Shahi are at the top end of Indian restaurants for quality. Very consistent. The room is rather tight so best for smaller groups, and they do a massive takeaway trade as well.
Butter chicken has to be one of their best dishes.response / report this review
