Wonderful place, good location, spotless, comfortable, everything you need and more.
The nicest managers ever, Gary and Sheila, treated me like a family. That's the only place I will stay while in Rotorua. Smell the roses :)response / report this review -

Stayed here 2 nights because it was the only thing left, there's a reason. NO AC, nowhere did it say on the website that there wasn't ac. Guy at the desk was rude. Supposed to have a king bed, but got a queen (desk insisted it was a king, definitely not). Bed very uncomfortable and old. WiFi didn't work after the first few hours. Marks on doors, burned out and cracked outlets, extremely dated, very few tv channels (11 or 12). Website says breakfast but I couldn't find it and don't know where'd they even serve it. Ants in the bathroom. Not central location. Only plus is a private spa but you can't use the jets after 10 (they cut the power to them). Overall overpriced and I'd never stay here again.

Tidy motel in central Rotorua. Some loud noises during the night but essentially that's expected in Rotorua with all of the geothermal activity there. Loved the hot pool in the room!

Stayed here the other night and enjoyed it so much, beautiful rooms and managers are amazing!! Definitely coming back :)

My family and I stayed here for 5 nights and had a fantastic time. The manager and his wife went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay, and even ran us to a restaurant one night when we didn't want to drive. The room was was very well maintained and serviced everyday.
I couldn't fault this motel, it will definitely be my first chose of accommodation the next time I'm in Rotorua.response / report this review
