  My second stay here and once again it did not disappoint. The rooms are clean, quiet, great location and super cheap. Would definitely recommend as a great place to stay! Thanks for the amazing hospitality 😊

  Very helpful staff who helped us get in and out in the middle of the night. The location is perfect. Just downtown with banks, restaurants, and the spa all right down the street.

  Perfect location, nice staff, free wifi, rice, pasta, tea and coffee. The people who lived here are cool as well, good bathroom and kitchen, and it's cheap!!
  A little bit disadvantage is there is no elevator so have to carry suitcase to second floor, I have a lots of luggage, but not the problem for me.

  Perfect location in Downtown Rotorua. Next to public transporation hub as well as walkable to main roads. Across the street from the Police station and within walking distances of tourist attractions and activities.

  This is what I'd call a place to crash for a few nights at most. It is centrally located but it is showing the wear. It's not a large place but it's decent option for a a bit and nothing more.

  Friendly staff and free bbq on a friday. No free parking during the day and the kitchen was not very large. Mattress on beds was not very comfortable and there was not much room between the ceiling and the top bunk, so if you are not short you will bang your head sitting up.

  Love this hostel the owners are so nice ! Free tea and coffee and pasta and rice ! Closest hostel to the bus stop ! Cheap rooms ! Woohhooo

  One of the best and lovely Backpackers I've ever been. Lot of information, near the lakes, the buses stops and with a friendly staff. Me and my girlfriend really enjoyed our stayed in the Backpackers. Not to mention the price that was fair enough.

  The place was ok, but didn't feel like your typical backpacker hostels. Everyone seemed to be focused on their own thing and not as open as in other hostels I've been so far.
