Bed really hard. Bathroom not very clean no plugs for sink or bath. Heater and phone not working.

Rooms cozy, and fit for purpose, unfortunately the shower is not suited for tall people, installing an adjustable shower head will improve this. Could do with more towels as you remove the used ones and no new replacement?

We wished the signage outsid motel was alight at night as not living there we got lost. Could be a bit tidier.

Tidy and relatively nice. Staff were very helpful and easy to speak to and they were happy to allow us to have a small dog in our room for the duration of our stay.

The woman, one of whom runs the show is absolutely fantastic. Extremely helpful and goes out of her way to accommodate you. I was in a bit of a pickle with no where to stay very late at night on new years eve and she sorted something for me. Rooms are fine, dated but clean and comfortable and cosy.

I would go to Taupo just to visit this place. We had an amazing time and the facilities were perfection for what you pay. It's also not too far from where everything else and the water park is a once in a lifetime experience. Thank you so much!
