5 star apartment hotel in Rotorua.
Rated best by trip advisor.
Excellent rooms, good interiors.
Full fledged studio kitchen.
Free car parking. Temperature controlled Swimming pool, mini golf, just putting, laundry facility available.response / report this review -

Very modern and cozy accommodations. Friendly staff were always willing to answer questions and offer recommendations. Walking distance from downtown Rotorua.

The room was nice, comfortable bed, large bathroom with a giant tub. There were some nice amenities like the mini golf course and a bunch of movies you could take for the evening for free. This part of the city seemed to have a stronger rotten egg smell than the rest of the city. We also did a spa treatment that was ok, but not great.

Great family orientated motel, heated pool, sauna, gym, mini golf, tennis, bikes all for free who could ask for anything more, rooms are immaculate and staff are friendly and helpful, awesum motel overall!!!

Stayed in a suite for two nights, modern design, good bed, heat pump plus panel heater in the room, underfloor heating in the bathroom, the spa bath is cosy. Mini golf, sauna, heated pool good for couples or with kids, excellent location.

Extremely friendly and polite staff, immaculate rooms and gardens around the hotel and a whole lot of facilities to utilize plus the bonus of indoor and outdoor pools will definitely recommend and recommend visit on our next trip to rotorua!

Nice spacious 2 bed suite with private patio, spa bath and a well stocked kitchen. The staff were helpful and friendly. A great place to stay in Rotorua!

ROOM
—Outstanding room in all ways.
—Comfy bed.
—Spacious layout.
—Plush carpet.
—Lots of seating space, built in luggage rack, desk, table for two, plenty of drawer space, etc.
—TV, stereo system and DVD player (DVDs available at the reception)
BATHROOM
—Excellent space.
—Fluffy towels.
—Robes available in the room.
—Nice array of toiletries and very good quality.
—The in room spa/jacuzzi is awesome; you can only use till 11 p.m.
—Great shower too.
KITCHENETTE
—Everything you need.
—Electric burners.
—Nice sized fridge.
—Utensils, water kettle, cups, plates, etc. available.
—French press, toaster, pans and more. I’m sure if they don’t have it in the room, you can ask about it.
SERVICE
—Wonderful couple in Annie and Ross; so friendly and effortlessly helpful.
—Bikes/helmets, umbrellas are available at the reception.
OTHER
—Free wifi.
—So much to do on the property including spa services, miniature golf, swimming, tennis and more.

Thanks Ross & Annie for such an awesome place to relax and enjoy while working away from home.
House keeping was spot on with friendly professional staff nothing was a problem.
Nothing I could fault here Mini golf, Heated Swimming, Suna, Children's play area, BBQ, Tennis Court, In room Spa what more could you ask for while away.
Lovely rooms plenty of space we had 9 nights here was sad to leave
