The beef and jalapeño burgers were outstanding and very reasonably priced. Plenty of craft beers to choose from. Great atmosphere. Can't fault this place. Will definitely be back.

Great burgers, nice enviorment, cozy and warm, very clean and you don't have to wait that much for your order reasonable price for what you get, highly reccomended!

What do you do, It's raining and you need food and Wifi to check out your options. You end up at Roots bar with a good selection of beers, good music, "The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou" playing at the background. And then I forget to mention the food, beyond expectations. Makes me wonder why we did not go to Roots bar the day before :-)

I Came here because the queue at the takeaway next door was huge What a difference 6 bux made. Sat in peace while I devoured probably the best burger and fries I've ever had, washed down with a lovely hop fed pilsner while watching the colourful characters that walked past. This place will be my go to whenever I come through takaka.
