    A hidden gem of paradise

Driving up a cascading hill we arrived at the doorstep and warmly welcomed into this hidden gem that is lovingly known as Ribbonwood Country House.

The property itself is breathtaking, surrounded by Rolling hills and mountain peaks, your mind instantly wanders to a more simpler time. This is the type of getaway where one takes a big sigh of relief and your soul instantly becomes replenished.

Each room is modern and luxurious, and unbelievably comfortable; one cannot resist putting your feet up and melting into your bed. During the day your eyes get lost in the mountain range that lays at the end of your feet, while at night you are wrapped up in the blanket of stars that are undisturbed above you.

Gary and Robert are warm, friendly and just so lovely to be around. You quickly become at ease over a cup of tea and feel like you have been chums for years, although you may have just met. Robert acting as front of house is kind and generous with his knowledge about the activities and adventures that are a quick and scenic drive away. With tricks and tips you wonder how you will get the opportunity to soak up the local wonders. Gary is extremely talented not only in how he and Robert run the property, but his skills in the kitchen of this farm to table, awaken your palette to the simple oasis that Mother Nature provides. Knowledgeable and savvy in dietary options, his incredible dishes fill your stomach while dying for the recipes.

If you want an adventure in hitting your reset button, you will be lucky to find such a plush and refreshing one in Ribbonwood Country House.
