  Very disappointed as we were looking forward to this stay. There was poor and not timely communication by My Lyford Holiday homes, as well as incorrect information given out which resulted in us having to rush and stress and change our holiday plans. We very much understand the terms and conditions of booking places in the snow and would be content to have forfeited the cost of the stay if we were unable to get to the holiday home as a result of weather but due to poor communication and incorrect information we were still required to pay full amount of stay due to Mt Lyford Holiday homes poor, untimely communication. We would consider people who are considering to stay at Mt Lyford Holiday Homes to select alternative accommodation.
