Amazingly friendly staff with a good sense of humor. The food a delicious and GREAT value! (We only stopped in for lunch, can't comment on the hotel)

The Culverden, hosted by Phil and Linda, is a simple but comfortable place to stay, eat or have a drink. There is a varied menu of hot and cold food that we really enjoyed and the atmosphere in the bar with the locals is very friendly and welcoming. For a cheap place to stay, I recommend the Culverden Hotel.
