  Rheem NZ have great knowledge and products. I find their service team are very easy to work with and they are not like other suppliers that make covering warranty jobs an issue, which is why i suggest to my clients to buy and install a Rheem. I've had a great run with installing their gas instaneous hot water heaters and hot water cylinders, nice to know they're still making some of them in NZ. Good on ya Rheem keep up the good work

  Rheem product is the most reliable in the market, they are our primary supplier for hot water systems gas, electric and heat pumps, there gear is reliable and if something does go wrong they have the support here in NZ, and I can get hold of them. Highly recommended.

  Firstly, I don't normally write reviews.
  
  We had one of the first Heat Pump Hot Water cylinders from Rheem. One of the early adopters, to say the least it worked well but we had issues, it cost a bit over time. I do know they have improved the system with newer models.
  
  When our unit broke down, we received great support from Rheem, above and beyond as they empathized for our situation. They recommended a standard hot water cylinder, quick recovery unit and it's been great, more than meets our needs.
  
  First and foremost the Rheem service and professionalism has been outstanding and I highly recommend them.
  Definitely use them again and for our other properties.
  
  A heads up to Wayne Richards .. Territory Manager.
  He has excellent knowledge and was a great help.
