Awesome service, an older lady I didn't clearly explain the car part I need, the gentleman went an got the part I ask for, however it wasn't what I wanted. I felt embarrassed but he was really helpful and told were to go to get the car part I needed.

I haven't been a customer before, but I grew up in Papakura, and hearing/seeing what happened/is happening at your Parker St site is absolutely mind boggling and quite heart breaking too.
