We had a sweet time!
Recommend booking in advance in the weekend for the cafe as 90 min table wait. Fantastic views and great children's playground!!
We did the half hour tour of the factory, the kids and adults alike loved it. Was very informative and interesting.
The staff in the cafe on another bite were not very friendly and didn’t look to be enjoying themselves very much. The service was lacking for us on that day.
The cabinet items are really good, especially the lamington. The food is good but it could be much better. The biggest issue, they don't change their menu as often as they should. If you are a frequent customer like me, the menu can get boring easily. Great environment for family with kids.
We made the factory tour yesterday and it was awesome. Staff so very friendly and helpful, we were given so much interesting information and even got taste samples of all of their yummy syrups. We saw mountains of sugar, saw those huge machines were sugar products get produced and we were lucky that a ship from India was still there. So we could see how the sugar was unloaded from the ship. We highly recommend this tour to anyone, tourists as well as residents. We would make the tour again and probably will. The Chelsea Sugar Factory tour is a wonderful experience. Thanks for giving visitors the chance to experience such a great time in your factory.
Lovely helpful staff, amazing food, and great setting. Sugar breakfast definitely worth getting. Might pay to book in advance as quite a popular spot. Wait time was a bit long, but understandable as it was quite busy. Also love the bubblegum petunias out front :)
