I called today to see if I could do a trade in for my van and cash my way. I told them turners offered me 5k. They tell me to bring my van to view so I did. They then tell me to drive up the road to where the cars are and said they'll contact the guys to say I'm on my way. I get to the car yard and find out no one is there. I call the number on the sign and get an answer. I tell the guy the details of my van and the 5k offer I got from turners. He asked me to wait at the yard for 20 minutes as he was in way. Then says 8 mins the 2. All up I waited over 40 minutes to be told they can offer 3.5k they wasted my time knowing the other high offer I got and still gave me a low price. Wasted my time kms ony van and petrol. If I was able to give no stars I'd give that. They are the worst to deal with as you give good vehicles and they give you the worst price offer.
Sold our vehicle to them. They quoted and honoured the quote. No qualms, virtually no fuss. Easy to deal with John (Owner).
Was fast and efficient. In and out in 15 minutes. East to talk too.

GOT FAULTY CAR FROM THIS DEALER WAS GOOD IN STARTING THEN GETTING WORSE... GOT BAD BATTERY FIRST THEN THEY REPLACED AND SECOND ONE TOO STOPPED WORKING AFTER 6 MONTHS.NOW NOT TAKING PHONE CALLS AS WELL.... VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.... DONT GO THERE YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY....That’s not how you do business, misleading customers, very cunning!!

Poor service and lack of communication! Interested to buy car for $12,000 and when I drove all the way from Rotorua to Auckland for them to view, they offered $8,000. Could've saved me a trip!
They quoted me a price on the vehicle before coming and gave a lower price as I predicted when they came over, after agreeing to sell the car to them I asked how to go about the ownership of the car, they said they will fix everything for me, I don’t need to worry anything or do anything on my part but I wasn’t convinced and called the person again to reconfirm, he reassured me that I don’t need to worry about it. After 6 months, NZTA came with a letter that my rego is expired, I went back to them and as usual they are trying to push the responsibility back to me..
