Generally comfortable and very spacious apartments located about a 20 minute walk from the centre of Mount Maunganui. There is no restaurant or breakfast available on site and not a lot of options to eat or drink nearby but it's not far into town and there is also a convenience store opposite. One thing to be aware of, there is a drive through 24 hour McDonald's next door which can generate a lot of noise late at night as can the 'Backpackers' lodge to the other side (which supposedly has an outdoor curfew at 10pm but often is causing a racket long after this). If peace and serenity are on your agenda then this place is probably not for you.

Very well located for nearby Blake Park and the Bay Oval cricket ground. Plenty of nice walks in the area if you fancy a stroll. There are washers and driers in each apartment and they are serviced daily by friendly staff. The bathroom lacks a shelf in the shower - a small but annoying inconvenience meaning soaps, shampoos and razors need to be kept on the floor of the shower tray. Wifi internet speeds are generally on the poor side of variable.

Nice and big apartment. Very clean and well maintained. Have everything you need. Next to McDonald's but 30 min walk from the main beach and shopping area.
