I will never stay here again. The bathroom and toilets where dirty. Used towels left in the bathroom, the sheets looked like they have not been changed, no free Wifi and Sky Sports - though it was advitised free wifi and Sky TV.
Very disappointing!!!! Should of listened to the reviews!

Staff are lovely, the view of our room was beautiful! Got a decent view of the ocean, it's close enough to the mount without being noisy

Unbelievable! This motel is absolutely disgusting from the outside in! Had trouble opening and closing the room door. The room was VERY dusty and had an unbearable odour which literally made me feel like puking! The internet router sellotaped to the wall outside wasn't giving off any wifi signal at all! Later realised the person at reception charged me for two nights when only booked for one night. I asked for a refund but the rude Indian guy behind the desk refused to as it's their 'policy' despite overcharging me! Too bad I can't give it no stars it doesn't even deserve 1 star. Don't waste your time with this motel.

Shame on this motel, you people should upgrade your standard of service to suit the location. The place smells so bad a simple dusting and checking the dishes before the next booking is essential, dirty dishes is not acceptable!! We had to find another motel for the night, and unfortunately we didn't get our money back just because its their policy.. Total Rip-off!!

Room was dusty and had a foul odour. Clearly tables were not wiped and carpet not vacuumed regularly. Sheets and towels didn't smell fresh. A moldy outdoor sofa was on the shared deck which was quite disgusting. Had to find another motel. Such a waste of money. Definitely not staying here again.

what a dog of a motel, the sheets were dirty, obviously hadnt been changed, no toilet paper, the utensils hadnt been washed properly, there were cockroaches in the cupboards, the unit stank - manager wouldnt give a refund or a new room - we left and went elsewhere- dont waste your money or time going to this motel, there are better (which isnt hard) motels in the area. the management of this motel is a disgrace.

Had to upgrade from room 3, I couldn't stay in this room was like a backpackers room. Was offered Room 9 but had a broken window latch had to argue with Manager to find a longer piece of wood to put in slider, to make safe. Owner overseas in India and Hotel getting run down, no tv remote or dining table, hardly any utensils, or bowls, some were dirty can tell were hand washed. Curtains were broken. Very narrow entrance to room could hardly fit luggage through. In need of maintenance and a paint outside. Could be cheaper for the quality.. 2pm and my room had to be vacuumed while I waited. But location beautiful across road from paradise beach.

Beyond revolting. The absolute worst motel experience I've ever had. The room clearly had not been serviced whatsoever. Cutlery and cups were barely washed- coffee rings in the mugs and dried food on the spoons. Despite it being mid-winter, we had a sheet and thin cover on the bed and the room was ice cold. The shower flooded all over the bathroom floor within 2 minutes. There was no toilet paper. The door didn't lock properly which was concerning considering the EXTREMELY NOISY AND VERY INTOXICATED people across from us. Could not be more disappointed, I would highly recommend staying ANYWHERE ELSE.
