Very tired apartment in need of updating

The unit we stay in was very tired and told we had stay for two nights minimum as they were busy but not was not the case

Large clean rooms with fresh linen on beds.
Very convenient location just off the State Highway and with the excellent soundproofing, you can barely hear the traffic noise.
Clean kitchen and fully equipped with all the comforts of home - a lot more utensils and pots and pans than you think will be usually included in a motel apartment! An addition of a washing machine and dryer means that you can stay for a few days comfortably without storing too much dirty laundry.
Management was very accommodating of our late check-in with an SMS to inform that our apartment key was left on our kitchen table and the apartment had been heated beforehand - a nice warm house to look forward to considering our guests had come from tropical Malaysia.
WiFi is limited though - consider going on a data plan or make use of the free WiFi in Queenstown city centre if you're wanting to Instagram or Facebook photo your Queenstown adventures!
A tad out of the way from the city centre but with a car, it's only a 5 minute drive. A 24 hour Maccas across the street deals with any midnight munchies.

L'emplacement du logement est à 10 kms du centre ville de Queenstown (je n'ai probablement été suffisamment vigilant lors de la réservation !?). Celui-ci est situé en bordure de la route qui longe le lac et dans la ville (Franckton) où se trouve l'aéroport de Queenstown. Heureusement le double vitrage est de qualité
La vaisselle n'était pas propre à notre arrivée

Owner came into our room after cleaner had already been through and he took the heater and air conditioning remote because he decided it didn't need to be warm even though it's -10 at night.. feel disgusted and violated he was going through our room when he wasn't even the cleaner. When asking for the AC remote back he told me he did the same to another apartment. Also "free wifi" is 200mb which is useless and "double bed" is 2 single beds pushed together. Will never stay here again, feel incredibly violated. Also made us pay in advance so we can't even change accommodation.
