Nice place.. Great atmosphere and live entertainment. however the food and service was a let down. Not too sure whether it was just a busy night but it took over an hour from order to food being delivered to table but food was average. Asked for a medium rare steak, a medium well was delivered.Might give it a miss next Queenstown visit

Really great hearty meals. A bit slow to come out but didn't bother me much - gave me more time to enjoy my drink and the atmosphere. Meal was huge - couldn't finish it!

Service was a little slow but very friendly. And it is expensive. Food was great and the place has a nice warm atmosphere. They made up a vegan and gluten free vege dish which was great.

Dis place has Guinness and REAL live mountains. Outside of those games two things it's smells like Phils Grandson in Kitchener Ontario.

NOTE: Mike McCauley likes the heaters upstairs on the balcony come on up and buy him a drink.

The location is great. But the place was not well maintained. The tables were dirty and service was very slow. I had to order a few rounds at the bar since the server barely came near our table at all.

If you like Irish bars then you'll love this one. A beer garden out the back with a lake view, a restaurant upstairs and live music.

I had the Willie's big breakfast which was a great cure for my NYE hangover.

We called at 8:35 and were told to hurry down by the man who answered the phone because they would still serve us dinner as long as we were there before 9. After HURRYING down we walked in at 8:45. The woman that greeted us told us they were done serving dinner for the night. After explaining our phone conversation she said "that's just our policy & what I was told." Very disappointed with the circumstances and the greeting we received upon arrival. Was very satisfied with the gentleman who answered the phone initially & provided good customer service. We only wish the execution upon the promise was better.
