It's not the cleanest spot but I found it pretty comfortable and the staff friendly. These other reviews are rather harsh. It's a 25 dollar hostel - you get what you pay for. Would have given 5 stars if the WiFi was unlimited.

Dirty hovel manager and staff totally unfniendlynoise levels from downstairs nightclub so loud no sleep the mattress was lucky if it was an inch thick no extra pillows toilets filthy urgent refurbish needed the rudest management and staff I have ever encounted you would be better off staying in a tent on a snowy night disgusting and this is the first time i have ever complained about acconodation after staying all over NZ and the world
