The single most appalling company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Ordered and pain in full for a bath, was told it would take a week to arrive. One month later, different excuses every day, then a gilt-edged guarantee of it arriving in their shop the next day. By now this was costing me as it was a complete bathroom rebuild so everyone, builder, plumber etc was being held up by these guys. Damaged bath turns up The call me (the only time they called me, not the other way around) and promised to replace it because were having it couriered by the following Monday. I go into the shop Monday morningwhere's my new bath, please? The reply? They didn't bother to order it as they assumed I'd take the chipped one. And now, they are out of stock.

It was a continuous stream of lies from the outset, with incredibly rude responses from their 'I'm new here' female shop assistant, who hung up on me when I called (which is why I went in looking for the bath). Run, do not walk, to Mitre-10 instead if you are after nice looking but economical bathroom fixtures and accessories. Mitre 10 at Hornby and Papanui bent over backwards to help me.
