Quick, efficient and courteous. What a refreshing change from the usual botch and bull treatment that passes as service in the world of carpet sales. The two ladies in the show room know what they're doing to a tee: the stock is a known entity and there is good communication between the various left and right hand operations which see the whole process going smoothly from store room to fitting. They know what they've got, you can see their stock, they know their game and it all comes together well. This is how all carpet retailing should be. Sadly, these ladies are the exception. If you are fed up with quotes that are a waste of time for carpet that doesn't exist, lazy lies, delays, botched ordering and rude, unprofessional customer service, then thank God for this store. Look no further: the carpet ladies here will see you right.
