  Carpet Court Cashel St were amazing to deal with. Efficient help with choosing the right carpet and getting everything measured in time. They were incredibly understanding when we head delays with the building and head to change the date 4 times! Love the carpet and the service. Thanks

  We got them to do free measure and quote. I installed myself. They said they add 10% for wastage, understandably. I finished the job and had 4 square meters left over
  
  Being a DIY person I know I used all of the 10% and possibly more. I worked out they’d sold us about 25% too much, in addition to the 10%. We went back to them and told them they’d over measured and OVER SOLD to us.
  
  The manager’s response was sorry, we can’t take it back as it’s too much work to get it returned to the company and not worth our while. REALLY - how is that our problem!?! After back and forth and them finally realising we weren't letting it go, they gave us 50% off the additional and told us to sell it. We did sell it however for nothing like its value.
  
  Had we measured and ordered excessively then I would understand however their so-called professional did the measure. This is simply a situation of gouging blatant overselling – also known as RIPPING OFF the customer
  
  The shop floor staff were great and very helpful during the buying process which is the only reason they get the one star.
  
  There are plenty of options for buying these products so my advice in DON’T USE THIS ONE!

  Terrible company. Damaged ceilings in the rooms below in our house with hundreds of nails and didnt fix them. They didnt have any liability insurance. We had to claim through our own insurance company and pay the excess ourselves. Carpet court didnt even offer to help. Avoid at all costs, go with a more experienced company
