If the quality of ingredients was better (and packaging not misleading) - possibly a four. Texture was a saving grace - so an extra star for that.

I'm disappointed that your both your bread products Wholemeal & Grains as well as Farmhouse Wholemeal, under closer inspection both have Wheat Flour as one of the ingredients (including Wholegrain Wholemeal Wheat Flour). Correct me if I'm wrong, but not a single loaf in your range offers a choice of wholemeal bread. Currently it seems only Bürgen offer a wholegrain choice - but I don't particularly enjoy the texture.
Given that pretty much every loaf out there is either white flour or wheatmeal (whatever that is - sounds like a sad excuse for 'not wholemeal'), perhaps you can understand my frustration that there is no choice among major brands when it comes to wholesome bread.

Hopefully you will take my opinion into consideration. Normally, I would be content to 'speak with my wallet' as it were but like I said, none of your range have a wholegrain option. In the mean time, I will resort to making my own bread or sacrificing texture for the quality offered by Bürgen.
