Very friendly, gave us the option of a little cabin for our group to utilise. Little helpful things like this make all the difference. A beautiful area to stay in before making​ your at through the Haast pass or onward to the glaciers. Excellent value for money.

Good value cabins. Only one toilet and shower in the communal bathroom, but they are clean. A good, small, communal kitchen. (There are also motel units which I didn't see inside.) Nicely located next to beautiful forest.

A little overpriced for what you get in my opinion. Communal bathroom was functional and clean. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, plates, and silverware needed to cook dinner but two of the burners weren't working properly. Our cabin had a nice heater but poor lighting and just blankets without sheets.
It's cheaper than places in Fox Glacier but you get what you pay for.response / report this review -

Worst experience ever, we wanted to wash our dirty stuff, dirty after washing machine, never dry after driyer. Owner not available the whole morning.
