Excellent service. Expecting some new food on certain occasions

Hi there
It was a poor and horrible service has been done today went for lunch at Pickles cafe & catering. We ordered eggs on toast with avo it took like 30mins to reach our table by the time it reaches to our table avo is missing eggs were overcooked. We were sitting right in front of the kitchen. Chefs were talking despise of having only two docket still they took 30mins to just finish our order that was all of our table. There was a table beside us they were waiting for like 25mins. One of the staff came up to that table the customer was angry and told her where is our order it's taking so much time. That staff which was a girl started to cry. After having all that drama the customer beside as walked out from the cafe. Sorry Andy but it was terrible food service has been done. Never going back again.response / report this review -

Well it wasn't an experience as we arrive at 13:30 on Sunday to be told there was NO food available (they had run out of everything) The young man on the counter handed me a card advising to contact the Manager. Extremely poor.

Quite a poor experience with a grabone deal. They clearly aren't prepared for an increase in numbers though it wasn't completely full. Basic breakfast items not available. Had to wait almost an hour for food. Was ok when it came but nothing to write home about.
